This Term is 11 weeks.
Classes run for 55 minutes and are very relaxed and great fun!. We Sing and Sign for approximately 45 minutes and then there is time for babies to play and parents to chat for the last 10 minutes.

This is a venue-based, face to face class with the added bonus of our online @Home classes (see below for details).
THE VENUE
Nirantara Yoga Studio, Föhringer Allee 27 (UG), 85774 Unterföhring.
There is no buzzer for Nirantara outside the building but the main door is always open. Come straight in and go downstairs to the basement level. You can leave your buggies in the main entrance or in the stairwell, there is plenty of room. There is also a large, free car at the back of the building. The S-bahn is a 7 minute walk from the studio.
Please take your shoes off outside the studio and wait to be let in. The door remains locked so someone must always let you in.
We will sit on yoga mats, with extras laid down for the babies to crawl on but you are welcome to bring a blanket for extra comfort.
Food and nappy changing is allowed in the room, but please clean up any food crumbs before you leave and take your nappies with you.
There is an instrument section where I provide instruments for parents and babies. These are cleaned periodically but not after every class. Please bring one for yourself and your baby if you do not wish to used shared instruments.

The venue classes are great fun classes with lots of music and our special friend Jessie Cat. You will learn how to sign with your little one to aid communication before they develop full speech.

What is our @Home class?
Sing and Sign @Home will follow our curriculum for the full 10-week term starting at the beginning of the in person course. Classes are pre-recorded by a great variety of our fantastic Sing and Sign teachers across the country.
Why am I getting @Home as well when I want to do face to face classes?
Our @Home classes will support you in your learning. This way you will be able to consolidate your learning, repeat our weekly class in the comfort of your own home.
You will be able to enjoy the songs and signs with other members of your family too! Dads, Grandparents and Siblings will be able to join in too!
Also, if for any reason you’d have to miss a class, you would still be getting a full class without having to miss out! Isn’t that amazing?
Each lesson will remain available online for a period of 7 days.
Lessons will be taken down on a Sunday evening, approx 10pm, and the new week's lesson added, ready for you to watch when your baby wakes on Monday morning! These run in line with the in-person class.
Please make a note on your calendar as you CANNOT go back to any past or weeks you may have missed.
